Scope of Work: 1- Polishing, dry buffing, grinding, grouting, crystallization and scrubbing of entire specified areas as appropriate.

2- Regular remedial address of traffic wear areas

3- Any additional periodic cleaning resurfacing, rehoning, polishing and sealing necessary as reasonable wear shows or further to accidental damage or spillages.

4- Ongoing Assessment and inspection of overall condition of Marble

5- All machines, chemicals, safety equipment and any other cleaning material will be our responsibility.

FREQUENCY

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) 2 TECHNICIANS 6 DAYS A WEEK.
