Chiller #1 Rectification Works
Ch-1 Circuit-A: Replacement of EXV & Other Parts

Scope of Work:
· Check the general operation and log or report the condition
· Lock-out the chiller.
· Recover the refrigerant from circuit A.
· Supply & replacement of EXV, EXV cable, EXV board on circuit-A.
· Supply & replacement of internal & external oil filters.
· Supply & replacement of cooler service & saturation valve.
· Supply & replacement of SCPM Boards.
· Supply & replacement of fan board.
· Supply & replacement of DGT sensor.
· Supply & replacement of temperature sensors.
· Supply & replacement of water flow switch & water flow sensor cable.
· Supply & replacement of low & high side transducer.
· Supply & replacement of drier cores.
· Pressure test with nitrogen for leak and repair.
· Evacuate the system as per standards.
· Charge fresh 40L compressor oil.
· Charge recovered refrigerant and top-up.
· Start-up the chiller and observe the operation.
· Log parameters and hand over the chiller to the customer.

Terms & Condition
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
