The quantities of chemicals offered are as per the details provided by the Hotel.

The inventory of various chemicals will be maintained as per the general scope of work. And the availability of chemicals supplies without interruption.

Training program for the engineering staff will be conducted regarding the use of chemicals, storage, safety aspects etc.… 

The chemicals are ex-stock at our stores in Dubai. 

Delivery period of chemicals will be within 2-3 working days.

Chemicals mentioned in Annexure-1 will be provided as per systems requirements ,

This contract does not include any dosing system nor its calibration nor maintenance

of any equipment.

Maintenance of Multimedia filter, carbon filter or softener is hotel’s scope of work 

and it will be charged separately, any additional work will be hotel’s scope of work 

and will be charged separately.

The chilled water chemical – corrosion Inhibitor (HCT-500) proposed on 2% water loss

per month. Any deliberate draining of water for maintenance purposes or any leaks from

the system will result in water losses and loss of chemicals, which has to be purchased

separately.
