Landscaping Maintenance
1. General Maintenance
• Routine inspection of all landscaped areas (lawns, shrubs, trees, flowerbeds).
• Removal of litter, debris, and fallen leaves.
• Sweeping and cleaning of pathways, curbs, and hardscape areas.
2. Lawn Care
• Regular mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain uniform grass height.
• Fertilization schedule (seasonal application).
• Aeration and top dressing as required.
• Weed control and pest management.
3. Plant & Shrub Care
• Pruning and trimming for shape, health, and safety.
• Replacement of dead or damaged plants.
• Fertilization and soil conditioning.
• Monitoring for pests and diseases, with appropriate treatment.
4. Tree Care
• Scheduled pruning for safety and aesthetics.
• Removal of dead branches and hazardous limbs.
• Deep root fertilization and soil aeration.
• Emergency removal in case of storm damage.
5. Irrigation System
• Regular inspection of sprinklers, drip lines, and controllers.
• Adjustment of watering schedules based on season.
• Repair of leaks, blockages, or malfunctioning equipment.
• Water conservation practices (smart controllers, drip irrigation).
6. Seasonal Planting & Enhancements
• Installation of seasonal flowers and decorative plants.
• Mulching of beds for moisture retention and aesthetics.
• Soil testing and amendments for seasonal needs.
7. Hardscape & Outdoor Features
• Cleaning and minor repairs of walkways, benches, fountains, and planters.
• Pressure washing of paved areas if required.
• Ensuring safety and accessibility of outdoor spaces.
8. Waste Management
• Collection and disposal of green waste.
• Composting or recycling where applicable.
• Safe handling of chemicals and fertilizers.
9. Reporting & Documentation
• Monthly maintenance reports with photos.
• Recommendations for improvements or replacements.
• Record of irrigation schedules, fertilizer use, and pest control measures.
