Ch-2 Circuit-A: Stator Rewinding

Scope of Work:

• Check the general operation and log or report the condition

• Lock-out the chiller.

• Isolate the chiller from electrical source.

• Open the stator of compressor A1 for complete rewinding.

• Take out the rotor for repair.

• Fix back the rotor and stator after repair.

• Supply & replacement of compressor contactor.

• Supply & replacement of SCPM Board

• Supply & replacement of filters.

• Charge refrigerant top-up.

• Charge fresh oil.

• Start-up the chiller and observe the operation.

• Log parameters and hand over the chiller to the customer.

CH-2 Circuit-B:

CH2 Circuit-B: Replacement of Compressors

Scope of work:

• Check the general operation and log or report the condition

• Lock-out the chiller & disconnect the compressor from electrical termination.

• Recover the refrigerant from circuit 2.

• Supply & replacement of 1 no’s compressor (2B).

• Supply & replacement of 6 no’s compressor fuses (160A).

• Supply & replacement of SCPM Board.

• Supply & replacement of internal & external oil filters (2 times).

• Supply & replacement of DGT sensors with cables.

• Supply & replacement of compressor oil 40L (2 times).

• Supply & replacement of drier cores (2 times).

• Supply & replacement of O-rings.

• Supply & replacement of compressor contactors.

• Pressure test with nitrogen.

• Evacuate the system as per standards.

• Charge new refrigerant.

• Start-up the chiller and observe the operation.

• Log parameters and hand over the chiller to the customer

Ch-3: Leak Repair & Replacement of Compressor Contactor

Scope of Work:

• Check the general operation and log or report the condition

• Lock-out the chiller.

• Isolate the chiller from electrical source.

• Pressure test the circuit-A with nitrogen for leak and repair.

• Evacuate the system as per standards.

• Charge fresh refrigerant and oil on circuit-A.

• Supply & replacement of compressor contactor on circuit-B.

• Supply & replacement of internal & external oil filters on circuit-A.

• Supply & replacement of drier cores on circuit-A.

• Supply & replacement of DGT sensor on circuit-A.

• Supply & replacement of oil solenoid valve on circuit-A.

• Start-up the chiller and observe the operation.

• Log parameters and hand over the chiller to the customer.
