• Diffuser (oil) - Reception Lobby and GYM (Diffuser shall be installed in FAHU or FCU duct)
• Air Fresheners (battery-operated) - Lift Lobby

Total Quantities required:   

• 1nos (500 ML) Air Diffuser
• 3nos (300 ML) Air Fresheners                                           

Consumables:

• Comprehensive

Description:

• The diffuser and its accessories (including oil-based fragrance) shall be supplied by the vendor.
• Air Fresher and its accessories (including fragrance) shall be supplied by the vendor.
• The aroma must be pleasant (subject to Client Approval) with seasonal flavors and all possible variants.
• The vendor shall be responsible for the maintenance of the equipment including dispenser refill (for oil-based diffuser fragrant and air freshener refill) and its battery change if any.
• The client has the right to select or change the fragrance during the contract period.
• Any maintenance/malfunction of the equipment will be the responsibility of the vendor.
