A. Artificial Grass Supply & Installation

• Area: Approx. 250 SQM

• Specification: UV-protected, drainage-friendly, outdoor-grade artificial grass

• Activities Include:

o Surface preparation and leveling of balcony area.

o Supply and secure installation of artificial grass rolls.

o Seam joining, trimming, and edge fixing.

o Final brushing and clean-up.

B. Outdoor Lighting Installation

• Quantity: 10 Wall-Mounted Outdoor Lights

• Specification: IP65-rated, warm white LED fixtures with energy-efficient drivers

• Activities Include:

o Supply of lighting fixtures and mounting accessories.

o Marking, drilling, and secure mounting on balcony walls.

o Laying of electrical wiring and connection from existing DB.

o Final functional testing and safety checks.

C. Outdoor Furniture Supply

• Sunbeds:

o 10 Normal Sunbeds – Durable, waterproof material

o 4 Floating Sunbeds – Pool-safe, UV-resistant

o Sunbed Umbrellas: 5 Nos. (With weighted base)

• Sofas:

o 1 No. Outdoor Sofa (2-Person Size)

o 2 Nos. Outdoor Sofa (1-Person Size)

• Specification: All furniture to be weatherproof and rust-resistant with low maintenance.

• Activities Include:

o Delivery and safe placement of all items.

o Minor assembly (if required).

o Quality check and briefing to facility team.

• Quantity: 4 Big-Sized Plants with Pots

• Specification: Outdoor decorative planters with mature ornamental plants (e.g., Areca Palm or equivalent)

• Activities Include:

o Supply of plants and weatherproof pots.

o Placement in designated locations.

o Watering and maintenance guidelines for facility team.

E. Site Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate all activities to minimize disturbance to residents and pool users.

• Deliver materials and schedule works during non-peak hours as per building management approval.

F. Testing & Handover

• Lighting functional check and electrical safety inspection.

• Site walkthrough with facility team.

• Submission of product details, warranties, and user care instructions.

G. Safety & Compliance

• All works will comply with Dubai Municipality and relevant local authority regulations.

• Workers will use appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.

• Any temporary access restrictions will be clearly marked and coordinated.

Note:

• Contractor to do detailed site survey during the mandatory site visit.

• Proposal shall consist of all the material requirements and measurements. Any variation requests after issuing LPO or thereafter will not be accepted by client.

• Any services, item of work or small detail not specifically mentioned but inferred and necessary for the satisfactory operation of the system or installation shall be provided by the Contractor without any additional cost to the Client.

• Contractor will arrange their own materials/equipment when needed for carrying out the work.

• Contractor is responsible to use their own tools (third-party certified) and access equipment whenever needed for satisfactory completion of job.

• It is the responsibility of the contractor to follow all applicable Dubai Municipality and UAE regulations.
