Booster Pump Modification Works

Scope of Work 1 - Booster Pump Pit- Sump Pump Installation (24 Villas)
  • Construction of pit 35 L x 30 W x 30 Cm depth to install Sum pump.
  • Supply and installation of Sum pump .25 KW 220 V Make Ebara- Model Optima M with necessary piping to the nearest drainage chamber with modifications and new piping installation including NRV and accessories.
  • Excavation will be carried out 30 x 30 Cm to install the drainage piping for the sum pump including removal and reinstatement of interlock pavers Approx. 2 Mtr length.
  • Supply and installation of weather proof PVC encloser with MCB 10 A single phase.
  • Supply and installation of extract fan 4”, 100 CFM with necessary cabling, mounting MCB 10 A SP and timer.
Scope Of Work  2 - Booster Pump Relocation Works (16 Villas)
  • Construction of plinth base 70 x 70 cm with necessary block works.
  • Supply and installation of necessary piping extension approx. 2 mtr and modification of piping with necessary accessories and fix pump on plinth. Excavation approx. 2 feet to extend the piping approx. 2 Mtr.
  • Supply and installation of weather proof 13 A double socket.
  • Supply and installation of shade 70 x 70 cm to protect pump with necessary bracket.
Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
