To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests using the hotel pool by providing professional lifeguard coverage and recreation team support throughout pool operating hours.

Scope of Work:

1- Staffing & Coverage

  • 2 Certified Lifeguards on duty daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

  • 2 Recreation Team Members to assist with guest engagement, towel service, poolside activities, and general support.

2- Key Responsibilities

  • Lifeguards to monitor pool safety, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies.

  • Recreation team to enhance guest experience with activities and assistance.

  • All staff to be uniformed, professional, and trained in First Aid & CPR.

3- Safety & Compliance

  • Lifeguards must be certified and maintain valid licenses.

  • Daily pool safety checks and incident reporting.

  • Compliance with local safety regulations and hotel policies.

4- Communication & Reporting

  • Daily staff attendance and activity reports submitted to hotel management.

  • Immediate reporting of any safety incidents or guest concerns.

Deliverables

 • Deployment of 2 lifeguards and 2 recreation team members daily.

 • Staff certification and training records.

 • Incident and operational reports as required.
